There are many routes we can take. Often we start to create happy and committed people through specific improvements here and now. Later on we typically grow peoples CBI-skills and develop CBI-systems. Our goal is the creation of a “people’s movement” which leads to an aligned organization - the solid base for making a CBI culture and continued profitable improvments in the future...
